About the Instructors
Bhanu Viswanadha
TOGAF, CISM, DPBoK, CCSK, DASSM, PMP, PMI ACP, CSM, SASM, SA, POPM, SDP, KMP1 is currently working as IT Architect at NetApp. Previous positions include Program Manager at a major retail and healthcare company and Technical Leader at APL Ltd. While he was the PMO manager at Safeway Inc., he implemented a process for recruiting, mentoring,and motivating the Safeway project management community. Mr. Viswanadha’s other projects include delivering a training program for project manager coaching/mentoring in both waterfall and Agile methodologies. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, Cogswell University of Silicon Valley and he is a Past President at PMI Silicon Valley. Bhanu is a PMI approved ATPInstructor. Bhanu has Masters in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and Master of Technology in Mathematical Modeling and Simulation from the University of Pune, India. Bhanu is a PMI LIMC20
graduate.
Hanu Malineni
Hanu is a Program Manager, Agile Coach, and Trainer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and PMP (Project Management Professional) training. As a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor andcertified SAFe SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant), Hanu has a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and
project management practices, making him well-suited to guide professionals across various industries.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Hanu has a proven track record of leading successful program and Agile transformations. He has mentored
numerous Scrum Masters, Product Owners, managers, and project managers, fostering environments that enhance innovation, efficiency, and adaptability. Hanu is a chapter volunteer leader and current Board member of PMI Silicon Valley. Hanu's expertise is backed by a comprehensive suite of advanced certifications, including PMP, ACP,
PMI-ATP, DASSM, PSM II, KMP, ICP-ACC, CSaSP, Agility Health, and SAFe SPC. He iscommitted to continuous learning and professional development.
