To Be Mentee
Mentee in this program is a motivated individual—whether a university student or mid-career professional—who is committed to personal and professional growth.
- Actively seek to enhance their project management skills, build meaningful connections with industry experts, and pursue leadership opportunities.
- Eager to invest their time in learning, developing their expertise, and advancing their careers through structured guidance, hands-on experience, and networking with professionals in the field.
Program Attendance expectation -
- Mentors/Mentee teams meet once or twice every week based on their agreed cadence.
- Weekly check in with ALL Mentors/Mentee Teams with PMISV Program Mgr
- Bi-Weekly check-in with ALL Mentors ( Mentors Connect ) to share concerns/challenges for timely advice.
Mentors/ Mentees Team Responsibility Expectation -
- Mentors are guides. They provide direction, help in solving problems and shaping the use cases picked by Mentees. Mentors are NOT responsible to provide Deliverables.
- Mentees ARE responsible to fully document the solution for use cases. Work as a team on deliverables for Final Presentation and Completion Certifications.
