Welcome to PMISV Mentorship Program
Join our dynamic PMISV Mentorship Program, designed to empower mentees in mastering the essential skills, strategies, and tools that drive successful projects.
This 8-week program brings together experienced mentors and aspiring project managers, fostering a collaborative environment to deepen real-world project planning, execution, and risk management expertise.
Mentees will work hands-on with mentors to tackle real-life project use cases, covering critical areas such as strategic planning, communication, and AI-enabled project management tools etc.
By the program's end, mentees will have honed practical skills, expanded their professional networks, and gained insights into the challenges and rewards of the project management field.

PMISV Mentorship 2026’s 1st Cohort will run from April 6th - May 29th 2026.
Mentorship Program Duration : 8 Weeks
Program Attendance expectation
- Mentors/Mentee teams meet once or twice every week based on their agreed cadence.
- Bi-Weekly check in with ALL Mentors/Mentee Teams with PMISV Program Mgr
- Check-in with fellow Mentors/Mentees as needed to share concerns/challenges
Mentorship Program Key dates
Week 1 - April 6th - Program Kick off.
Week 2 till Week 8 - Mentors and Mentees will meet to collaborate on Use cases
Week 8 - May 29th - Program Conclusion and Presentations
Mentorship Program Format
Mentor/Mentee team will pick a Real life Use Case and work on to demonstrate mastery of Project Management skills from below areas.
- Strategy, Planning and execution
- Stakeholder Management / Communication plan
- Tool and technology (AI or any PM tool) usage
- Risk Management
End of Cohort Deliverables -
Mentee Presentation Slide Deck describing their use case. ( Max 5 -10 min)
