To Be Mentor
This program is designed for experienced project management professionals, faculty members with PM expertise, and proven leaders who have successfully delivered projects and developed high-performing teams. If you haven’t been a mentor before, we will conduct training sessions to ensure your preparedness.
As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge, insights, and real-world experience with future mentees. You will provide personalized guidance, practical advice, and strategic leadership support to help them grow.
Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of project managers—empowering them to overcome challenges, broaden their networks, and accelerate their careers through continuous encouragement, feedback, and leadership coaching
