To Be Mentor

Mentor in this program is an experienced project management professional or a faculty with project management experience with a proven track record of leading successful projects and fostering team development.

Dedicated to sharing their knowledge, insights, and expertise with mentees, providing personalized guidance, real-world advice, and strategic leadership coaching.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of project managers, helping mentees overcome challenges, expand their professional networks, and achieve career growth by offering continuous support and feedback.

Program Attendance expectation -

  • Mentors/Mentee teams meet once or twice every week based on their agreed cadence.
  • Weekly check in with ALL Mentors/Mentee Teams with PMISV Program Mgr
  • Bi-Weekly check-in with ALL Mentors ( Mentors Connect ) to share concerns/challenges to get timely advice.

Team Responsibility Expectation -

  • Mentors are guides. They provide direction, help in solving problems and shaping the use cases picked by Mentees. Mentors are NOT responsible to provide Deliverables
  • Mentees ARE responsible to fully document the solution for use cases. Work as a team on deliverables for Final Presentation and Completion Certifications.
