In his current role at AuxoAI, Arvinder is helping build a next-generation AI-first consulting firm. He is instrumental in conceptualizing the design of AuxoAI's enterprise platform, Damia - Enterprise AI Studio. Before starting AuxoAI in 2023, Arvinder was global head for Data business for Genpact.

Before that Arvinder was a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and built a Data and Analytics startup, which was successfully acquired by Genpact in Dec’2020. Arvinder writes and speaks frequently at industry events on AI, Data and Digital transformation.
