Description:

To develop a new product, most companies do it the same way they did it in the past.  New companies tend to bring the practices over from their old companies. Companies do this whether or not the previous product was successful.

Few have done much thinking about how to really increase product success.  Until now.

David Fradin reveals, in this presentation, more than 20 innovative ideas to enhance the chances of product success.

He developed the ideas based upon his 48 plus years of experience including organizational/interpersonal behavior and in the writing of "Foundations in the Successful Management of Products" and “Building Insanely Great Products" books.
