About the Instructor:

Kim Miller-Hershon, The Queen of Productivity, is an International coach, trainer and speaker, recognized for her innovative approach to improving productivity. Through personal experience and the experience of hundreds of clients, Kim has created a system that zaps the gap between what one thinks “should” be done and what ACTUALLY works.

I work with SMB and Enterprise companies using the science and results of DiSC to solve leadership, productivity, performance and team building challenges.

Kim has her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara, with a double major in Business Economics and Speech Communications. She also has two master degrees - a Masters in Public Administration from USC and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College.
