PM Insight - Foster City Virtual Meeting: Chemistry behind Decision Making
PM Insight-Foster City Virtual Meeting:
Chemistry behind Decision Making
Decision Making: Explore how good decision making involves carefully defining the objectives and aggressively identifying different ways to meet these objectives. Explain how mindsets and the X-Framework (the Protect-Prospect Framework) affect our decisions and behaviors. How to play the outer game of decision shaping.
Takeaways:
- An understanding of how mindsets and frameworks influence decisions
- An active approach to shaping the external environment to support those decisions. The key is balancing the Protect (risk-averse) and Prospect (growth-oriented) mindsets to navigate through complex decisions effectively.
