Summary:
Giving project updates or meeting summaries is critical to successful project management. But it's also challenging: How much should you say? How should you organize the information? How do you customize it for different audiences? During this presentation, you will learn how to communicate updates efficiently and effectively, whether you are speaking to your team, your manager, or senior executives. The focus is on verbal communication, but everything you learn applies to writing as well. We will use breakout rooms to practice, so you feel ready and confident to use your new skills right away.
