PMO Round Table Breakfast Meeting - November 2023

Where:  Virtual Meeting (Registrants will receive joining details from Meeting Leader) 

The Chapter holds a Breakfast Round Table focused upon the PMO Practice and Operations once a month. This round table group provides a general forum to discuss various issues, problems, and challenges related to organizing, operating and managing a PMO within any organization. The format is open, with round-robin topics decided by the attendees each month.

In this talk we will discuss how GenAI and the PMI triangle. We will discuss how GenAI impacts how we communicate at work, what new power skills we need to develop to exploit GenAI, and how GenAI is requires a new way of thinking about business opportunities, and how we plan and execute projects. Our speaker is Carlos Escapa from Amazon Web Services, who manages the Data & AI practice in their Global Systems Integrators division, and previously managed Meta AI Research’s industrial alliances
