Monthly the chapter holds seven geographically dispersed (Project Management) PM Breakfast Meetings in San Francisco’s Peninsula, South Bay and East Bay. Each of these is a small gathering (10 to 15) project managers for a discussion of the current PM environment, sharing of information, and brainstorming of current challenges. The meeting's agenda is the topics brought by the attendees. Every meeting is facilitated by a chapter volunteer. |

PM Insight Sunnyvale Virtual Meeting - Disciplined Agile AppliedDisciplined Agile (DA) is a toolkit that enables simplified process decisions around incremental and iterative solution delivery. DA builds on the many agile and lean practices and helps identify how they can be extended across your organization. We will walk through a case study to demonstrate how the framework can be applied to make informed process decisions to enable successful outcomes. In break-out groups, using a scenario-based approach, you will take real-world scenarios and dig into DA to make some choices for guided continuous improvement of the scenario. |

About the Instructors: Bhanu Viswanadha Bhanu Viswanadha PMP,CSM,PMI-ACP, SASM,SA is IT Architect at NetApp. Bhanu is a PMI Authorized Instructor. Previous positions include Program Manager and Technical Leader at a major retail, healthcare and Shipping companies. As PMO manager, he implemented a process for recruiting, mentoring, and motivating the project management community. Mr. Viswanadha’s other projects include delivering a training program for project manager coaching/mentoring in both waterfall and Agile methodologies. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University and he is a Past President at PMI Silicon Valley.
