Hear from the Expert: Marie Spark, MBA, PMP, the director of the Project Management Graduate Program at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, is an active leader for the Project Management Institute San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. She came to academics following a career in project and quality management in banking, technology and nonprofits. Her passion is to empower adult learners to their careers.

There are many definitions of what strategy is, many focus on competitive advantage, sustainable growth, superior performance, and organizational goals and objectives. Most conversations target how to define a winning strategy, but few spend little time discussing execution. This event is designed to bridge the gap between strategy leadership, those defining strategy, and execution professionals, those skilled and experienced in bringing big ideas to life.

The intent of the meeting is to promote an informal gathering of project managers to discuss current topics in the profession, receive suggestions from the other attendees on current project challenges, or share/receive information on items of interest.
