 Rochelle Tan is a digital transformation consultant with over two decades of diverse, global experience. As the founder of RTculate LLC, she uses her deep expertise in project, program, and portfolio management to create and implement solutions, helping businesses across different industries stand out by delivering exceptional value to their clientele. Rochelle's work is not just about business transformation; it's about cultivating a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Her wealth of experience includes serving as an advisor to AI startup BloomPath.ai and leading digital transformation initiatives, showcasing her ability to merge technical knowledge with purposeful innovation. Rochelle also contributes to her community as a member and volunteer with the San Ramon Valley Rotary Club and as the Ateneo Alumni Association of British Columbia's (AAABC) liaison to AdDU, supporting the AAABC's scholarship program to uplift future generations.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Rochelle finds inspiration through global travel with her husband and two children. She also shares her insights on technology and innovation through her blog, InBiteSize, offering practical advice for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact.

Co-facilitator: Cassandra Chew is a dynamic and passionate Technical Program Manager at PlayStation known for her innovative approach to agile coaching. With over a decade of experience, Cassandra empowers teams by leveraging Lean and DevOps methodologies to continuously deliver business value. Her creative problem-solving skills and zest for experimentation foster environments of trust and collaboration among team members.

Cassandra has collaborated with industry giants like Microsoft and Accenture, promoting peer-to-peer learning and driving highly collaborative teams through grassroots initiatives. Her specialties include digital transformations, design thinking, product development, learning and development, customer engagement, strategy and planning, facilitation, coaching, teaching, mentoring, and operations.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with high honors.

Through her work, Cassandra Chew continues to be an inspiring leader, committed to enhancing team performance and delivering exceptional results at PlayStation.

This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The Plan Ahead registration fee paid is based on the registrant's ability to commit to attendance, ahead of time. The Plan Ahead registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day. The PMI - Silicon Valley Chapter reserves the right to make last-minute changes to program content and speakers, as circumstances dictate.
