Course Description:
The purpose of this course is to examine the latest best-practices in agile strategy. This Scrum@Scale class includes examining what is strategy, the elements of strategy, and outcomes versus outputs as a measure of success. The course outlines the use of metrics, targets and forecasting to predict future outcomes, feedback loops to challenge cognitive biases, and the use of OKRs. During the class, students will practice using the discussed techniques and will leave the classroom with an action plan to implement them in their daily work.
The course is intended to be highly interactive; students will be encouraged to interject their challenges and concerns for discussion and redress during the session. After leaving this class, students will be able to apply the agile strategy techniques discussed.
