Leadership - The New Management Reality
When:
June 16, 2018 Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00 PM
Where:
Innoworld, 940 Stewart Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94085
Description:
Leadership: The New Management Reality
In an environment where the workforce may range from age 18-75, where work is typically
accomplished by teams rather than individuals, where communication must be as agile as the changing business dynamics, the need for a new kind of leader emerges.
Today's Project Leaders find that relational skills and strong social intelligence are emerging as "must-have's" in the behavioral skills inventory. Organizations that cultivate and value these competencies will see an improvement in productivity and profitability as they neutralize the time-wasters that can consume a manager's time.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will learn how to adopt and implement the New Management Reality
· Learn practical ways to create a culture that encourages and sustains creativity and team-work
· Review your communication style and learn how to communicate with clarity and confidence
· Develop strategies for motivating a multi-generational workforce for optimum performance
· Improve your ability to manage conflict and social interactions to build rapport and gain influence.
