About the Instructor:
Neil has held Director level positions at VMware, Amazon Lab126, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, GE and HP. His design engineering and customer engineering early career roles and his management training of over 2,000 managers of technical groups makes him particularly adept at working with managers in technology companies. He has coached over 300 executives and managers helping them make better career changes and get better jobs. Neil has an MBA and BS Engineering degree. His is a Certified Leadership Coach.
