PM Insights - Foster City: Managing Attention - A Superpower for Life
PM Insights Foster City: Managing Attention - A Superpower for Life
Do you live in a world of distraction, with your attention being constantly bombarded by both internal and external interference? Do you find that it is often difficult to pay attention in the way that you would like to? Would you like to improve your ability to manage your attention? Would you like to be more “present” in the moment?
If you answered yes to one or more of the questions above, this session is for you. This interactive workshop provides a fresh look at managing our attention, a superpower that can be cultivated. Simply raising your awareness of your attention is the first step in more proactively controlling it.
Takeaways:
- Learn a new “geography” or “landscape” of your attention. (Many participants will forever experience their attention in an entirely new way.)
- See how to come to the present moment “on demand.”
- Receive a summary handout with key learning points and recommended practices to apply the lessons learned in your life and ongoing personal development.
