Description:
Does your Program Plan include combinations of some of these? Chips, Boards, Chassis, Racks, ASICs? Allocations, BOM, Suppliers, Builds? Firmware, Drivers, Kernel, Datapath, Management, Application? Development, Supply Chain, Ops, Field Support? Bringup, Test, Merge, Integration, Qual, SQA, Compliance? Schedule, Budget, Actuals, Reporting? Agile software on phased hardware? How well does your plan adapt to changes to requirements, ASICs, configurations, allocations, schedule, budget, lead times, supplier delivery, and test failure?
