The thing (called “user stories”) that made Agile so popular, is also increasingly becoming the cause of ruin for Agile and agility. Most Agile Teams, POs and PO teams write hundreds of stories without understanding how they connect together to create the bigger picture! As a result, lot of rework happens towards the end, near the release as teams find out that the smaller components, they created do not all fit together as they would have wished.
