Bruce Michael Goeas is the author of "Where Fear Fails" and Founder of B.Goeas Enterprises, a boutique consultancy helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change and mitigate fear to achieve success.
Bruce holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Organization Development. With over 30 years of experience in Change Management, Leadership Development, Organization Development, and Talent Management; Bruce has worked with clients from the Cayman Islands to the Hawaiian Islands and most places in between. His clients have included companies large and small in Aerospace, Healthcare, High Tech, Finance, Hospitality, and Pharmaceuticals
He began his leadership and organizational development work as an internal consultant in the aerospace industry. For the past 30 years he has helped client organizations navigate change, focus on execution, and develop and retain the key talent required for their success.

Cancellation Policy
This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The Plan Ahead registration fee paid is based on the registrant's ability to commit to attendance, ahead of time. The Plan Ahead registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day. The PMI - Silicon Valley Chapter reserves the right to make last minute changes to program content and speakers, as circumstances dictate.
