Description:

Having been involved in the Agile world for many years, Moshe had his share of bad and good experiences. He has seen the same issues coming up time and again, with results that sometimes were dramatic. Uneducated management, reluctant team members, clueless Product Owners, misguided ScrumMasters, process extremists. He also saw good things, great professionals and team members who really “got it”. He has learned from both.

In this discussion, he will do his own retrospective and list some things he learned - the “start doing”, “stop doing” and “continue doing”. He will actively share his experience, knowledge and advice and try to identify the best strategies for making Agile really work."

Takeaways:

  • Develop awareness of common pitfalls in adopting and running an Agile/Scrum operation.
  • Identify strategies for handling typical problems in Agile management.
  • Share your experience and ideas with other professionals and learn from theirs.
