The software industry is growing like no other, there are growing requirements, and evolving paradigm shifts. This brings real challenges for managing modern software projects that rely on what is known as ‘cloud native’ architectures. In this talk, we’ll cover the definition of cloud native software architectures which govern the majority of modern software enterprises today, then we’ll dive into the challenges of managing projects for cloud native software.

Mina Andrawos

Mina Andrawos is an experienced engineer, and an author who has deep passion for programming, and software. Throughout his career, Mina has acquired experience not only in software programming, but also in scrum mastering, agile software development, sales engineering, marketing and product management. He is the author of the Mastering Go Programming, and the Modern Go Programming video courses. He is also the coauthor of the Cloud Native Programming with Golang book. He regularly writes at his website www.minaandrawos.com. Mina is an expert in industrial software, and currently works in the clean power generation industry.
