With both application development and infrastructure management being code driven, adopting the right tools, the applicable processes and driving a cultural mind shift for adoption is key to implementing DevOps.

Description:

DevOps implementation is about 2-3 key strategies working in synchronization -

  • Delivering a common backlog for end to end application development, testing, operations enables bringing a common alignment and focus for the team.
  • Automation is a large part of the strategy to accelerate time to capability and improve quality, drive efficiency and transform user experience.
  • Establishing KPI, baseline metrics and driving change management strategies to enable adoption and mind shift change.
