Surveys have shown that over 90% of managers have never had any training in decision-making. They rely on gut-feel decisions.
This presentation will highlight the “natural pitfalls” associated with decision-making, and provide guidelines for using analytical techniques to reinforce our common-sense decision-making capabilities.
