Centralized Intake: Taming the Fire Hose
Discussion about why building and implementing a centralized intake process is critical to enabling an organization’s strategy. We’ll talk about the planning aspects but also discuss the change management perspective as well. We’ll present the centralized intake process that we built for a previous organization and highlight how it evolved as we implemented and grew as an organization.
We will leverage a use case to walk through the evolution of building and implementing a centralized intake process. Through the walk thru we will cover the considerations that drove the design of the process and how we improved the process continuously as we cycled through quarter after quarter.
We will then cover the benefits of introducing an intake process and how to successfully implement and integrate into your organization.
Takeaways:
- Basic structure for a centralized intake process
- Benefits of implementing a centralized intake process
