We'll cover different techniques that can be used to help identify potential bottlenecks and help your team shift gears if they find themselves stuck in the early stages.

About the Instructor:

Tanya Boyd is an active advocate of continual improvement who challenges herself and others to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions. A self-admitted wordsmith, she enjoys using metaphors and themes to help educate others on the concepts of project management and believes that a healthy dose of humor should be required in meetings.
As a generalized specialist, Tanya brings over 20 years of experience working on cross-functional teams in industries such as healthcare, information technology, government services, disaster recovery, financial services, and mortgage origination. Her diverse background has taught her about the power of curiosity and communication in uncovering unique solutions to perplexing problems. She has experience in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies, having served in various roles that highlight her versatility and expertise.
Since 2017, Tanya has been a board member of the Baton Rouge PMI Chapter and most recently served as President from 2022-2023. She is also the founder of Inspire Creative Consulting, which provides creative services to help teams foster innovative ideas to increase productivity. In 2023, she launched her side business, Tanya Boyd Photography, through which she shares the beauty of Louisiana landscapes and nature photography. She is passionate about motivating others to bring ideas to the table for discussion and engaging in activities that inspire laughter, wellness, and productivity.
