Magda Jaworowicz
Magda Jaworowicz holds a PhD, PMP certification, and an MBA. Together with her husband Peter, recently published a book titled "The Growth Mindset in Project Management," which explores how adopting a growth mindset can transform project management practices. The book outlines essential principles for implementing a growth mindset, building resilient foundations, and managing stakeholders effectively.
Magda is a project management professional with extensive experience managing strategic initiatives for key global companies in U.S., Asian, and European markets (15 years of experience). This exposure to multiple business environments has allowed her to integrate rich multicultural perspectives into her book. Her academic background has enabled her to ensure that all the insights are grounded in the most relevant and current research in the field of project management.
