About the Instructor:
Susan Schwartz
Susan Schwartz, PMP MS is a leadership and management coach who equips high IQ professionals with tools to expand their EQ (Emotional Intelligence). She takes a practical approach as she guides people to navigate difficult relationships and communicate effectively. Her passion is fostering inclusive workplaces that encourage people to bring their full human-being to work.
Susan has deep experience leading global project teams and was a member of the Governance Board for the PMI WDC chapter.
She is the author of “Creating a Greater Whole: A Project Manager’s Guide to Becoming a Leader”. Her second book “Creating an EVEN Greater Whole: Becoming an Emotionally Intelligent Leader” will be published April 2025.
