PMISV Mentorship Program, designed to empower mentees in mastering the essential skills, strategies, and tools that drive successful projects. This 8-week program brings together experienced mentors and aspiring project managers, fostering a collaborative environment to deepen real-world project planning, execution, and risk management expertise.

Mentees will work hands-on with mentors to tackle real-life project use cases, covering critical areas such as strategic planning, communication, and AI-enabled project management tools etc. By the program's end, mentees will have honed practical skills, expanded their professional networks, and gained insights into the challenges and rewards of the project management field.

• Week 1 - April 6th - Program Kick off.
• Week 2 till Week 8 - Mentors and Mentees will meet to collaborate on Use cases.
• Week 8 - May 29th - Program Conclusion and Presentations
