Description: 
Ever been frustrated by users who say, "we just can't take on more change!" It could be a sign of resistance, but it could also be that they've hit the point of change saturation. Get some helpful tips on factors which contribute to change saturation, how to understand their saturation level, and how it can help (or hurt) project success.
This session will help the PM with how to recognize change saturation and assess if their project is causing an organization to become overwhelmed with too much change.
