While he was the PMO manager at Safeway Inc., he implemented a process for recruiting, mentoring,and motivating the Safeway project management community. Mr. Viswanadha’s other projects include delivering a training program for project manager coaching/mentoring in both waterfall and Agile methodologies. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, Cogswell University of Silicon Valley and he is a Past President at PMI Silicon Valley. Bhanu is a PMI approved ATPInstructor. Bhanu has Masters in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and Master of Technology in Mathematical Modeling and Simulation from the University of Pune, India. Bhanu is a PMI LIMC20 graduate. Hanu Malineni PMP, ACP, DASSM, PSM II, KMP, ICP-ACC, CSaSP, SAFe SPC is a Program Manager, Agile Coach, and Trainer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in fostering program excellence, Agile practices, and leadership. With a strong history of leading Agile transformations and strategic programs, Hanu has successfully built frameworks for team collaboration, mentoring, and execution. His expertise spans SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)and PMI professional certifications, helping organizations align strategies and deliver value effectively. As the President of PMI Silicon Valley Chapter, Hanu plays a key role in advancing the project management community through initiatives that emphasize continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
