The registration fee covers all activities over the two day event. There is not a different fee if you only attend part of the events. If you are unable to attend all sessions for both days, the amount of session hours you attend will be calculated for eligible PDUs.

Yes!  We have prepared a list called Reasons to Attend with key points to justify your time off request to attend this event. 

Attendees who are present in all sessions for both days will earn 14 PDUs. If you are unable to attend all sessions for both days, the amount of session hours you attend will be calculated for PDUs you may claim.

Early Bird registration is now open! Deadline for the discount ends on September 2, 2019.

PMI members are eligible for a $100.00 discount. You must login to obtain the member discount. The member rate applies to all PMI members and will be deducted during your registration.

We will not have any ability to accommodate on-site registration. Please make sure you register online before the September 30th deadline.

Volunteering opportunities are available for currently registered PMISV volunteers only. A special invitation was sent to the currently active volunteers. If you are an active volunteer and did not receive the invitation, you may send us an inquiry and check for open spots.

The Santa Clara Convention Center is compliant to the standards (Public Law 101-336) of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). The facility is fully accessible to persons with disabilities.

Currently, we do not have discounted room rates or preferred hotel arrangements for this event.

Free WiFi is available in general areas and hallways at the Convention Center, but not inside the meeting rooms.

Yes, meals for both days are included with the registration.

Vegetarian option is available for breakfasts and lunches. We are unable to take additional special diet requests.

This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day. The PMI - Silicon Valley Chapter reserves the right to make last minute changes to program content and speakers, as circumstances dictate.
