DRESS CODE
The weather in Santa Clara area in October has been historically pleasant. It is a good idea to check the weather forecast in Santa Clara, so you can dress properly to suit your comfort level.
Symposium sessions will be held at the main level for both days. Business casual attire is expected.
MEALS AND BREAKS
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for both days. Most meals will include a vegetarian option. All meals, coffee breaks and the no host bar reception on the first day are included in your registration.
BADGES AND EVENT SCHEDULE
In the morning of the event, follow the signs around the Convention Center to locate the PMISV registration tables to pick up your meeting materials and name badge. Come early for breakfast and networking before the opening remarks!
EVENT SCHEDULE
Registration: 7:00 am to 9:00 am (First day only)
Presentations: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
Lunch: 11:45 am - 1:00 pm

ONSITE INTERNET AND WiFi
At the Convention Center, free WiFi is available in the general areas except the meeting rooms.
