Creating strategies to build trusted AI applications that are secure requires a blend of well-established cybersecurity practices and techniques specific to AI. All individuals including C-Suite, Board Members and team members must participate to drive successful outcomes. In this presentation, Dr. Gail will discuss 5 strategy plays that can be used to protect organizations when incorporating AI into their daily strategies.

Dr. Gail is a technology and thought leader who leads from the CxO to the team level as an expert on value creation. Dr.Gail loves to create new models for change, pulling in methodologies, processes and tools from lean and agile frameworks. Dr. Gail has worked to create strategy at scale with executives at Fortune 50 organizations such as Bank of America, Boston Consulting Group, Wells Fargo, Deloitte and Oracle Corporation where she was brought in for her technology and agile expertise and thought leadership.

Dr. Gail has presented at multiple international conferences for the IEEE, Agile Alliance, and the Project Management Institute. Dr. Gail is a published author with books on agile transformation, technical leadership and research. Dr. Gail has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2007, and is on staff as an instructor and advisor for several internationally accredited universities. Along with her multiple advanced certifications in Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrum at Scale, Disciplined Agile, LeSS and other scaling frameworks. She graduated from the Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship program, along with the MIT Financial modeling program.

Gail has held a plethora of leadership roles, holding multiple board and advisory roles for organizations such as the Project Management Institute, Agile Alliance, Toastmasters, along with multiple internationally accredited universities. When she is not behind the keyboard working, Gail enjoys hiking, sports, and outdoor activities. She also enjoys travel, having taken multiple international cruises in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Description:
Monthly the chapter holds seven geographically dispersed (Project Management) PM Breakfast Meetings in San Francisco’s Peninsula, South Bay and East Bay. Each of these is a small gathering (10 to 15) project managers for a discussion of the current PM environment, sharing of information, and brainstorming of current challenges. The meeting's agenda is the topics brought by the attendees. Every meeting is facilitated by a chapter volunteer.
