Symposium Sponsorship Benefits and Options

The PMISV Symposium provides a platform for you to showcase your company, your product offerings and services.

The PMISV Symposium is an educational event with networking opportunities for project management professionals and key business decision-makers across the Bay Area. It is more critical in this economic climate than ever before to create a path to achieving excellent results.

This year's Symposium will be a hybrid event on Saturday, October 7 (8:00 am to 5:30 pm PDT). We expect about 100-125 attendees from PMI chapters both locally and across the nation to be in presence. These individuals represent key influencers, experts and primary decision makers in their organization.

Q2. How do I register as a Sponsor for the PMISV Symposium?

To sponsor, please review the list of packages available and then send an email to sponsorship@pmisv.org. If there are additional questions or clarifications before you can finalize, please reach out.

Please note that you will need $100 to reserve sponsorship. Payment in full is needed by September 15th for the sponsorship option that you choose.

Upon completion of your Sponsorship confirmation process, a personal Sponsor Team Liaison will be assigned to support you with all of the necessary details.

Q3. What are the terms and conditions?

All purchases of sponsorship packages are non-refundable. However, in an event that the conference does not happen, all packages purchased will be fully refunded (no fees, no hidden costs, 100% refundable).

Purchases are subject to acceptance by the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter. Some items may be limited in quantity. Any purchases not accepted will be fully refunded. No benefits will be provided until services ordered are paid in full. Payment to include the logo in the symposium program guide must be completed by August 30th.
