Yamini Yadav is a System Validation Engineer at Microchip Technology with over 13 years of experience working with various FPGA/SoC flows, architectures, synthesis, timing closure techniques, and board-level system design using Verilog. She holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering and has specialized expertise in high-speed PCIe® protocols up to Gen4. Yamini has hands-on experience with PCIe exercisers and analyzers and possesses in-depth knowledge of multiple OSI layers. Her technical background also includes Audio over IP, DSP audio synthesis, and network and audio interface standards.

Yamini has a proven track record of bringing concepts to market, as demonstrated by her contributions to the Mamba Mix product series (http://www.mambamix.com). She is recognized for her results-driven and highly self-motivated leadership style, effectively leading, managing, and collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
