Business Transformation through Scaled Agile Transformation

Digital disruption in businesses today has demanded increased agility in their transformation. In this presentation, we discuss how effective agile transformation is key to business transformation. Most businesses today are driven by digital technologies, but disruptions have caused them to adopt new technologies. The pace of change has demanded increased agility in their adoption. Those that have not embraced agility in these transformations are left behind.
How do we align the Business and IT by connecting the Strategy, Digital disruptive technologies and IT transformation? How to incorporate innovation throughout the organization while maintaining the lean enterprise? How to introduce agility effectively and scale to the enterprise? In this presentation, we look at the metrics that drive the business strategy and success, how they map to people and process transformation, and finally connect to a scaled transformation of lean and agile IT enterprises.

• How Business Transformation connects to Digital Transformation and ultimately to Agile Transformation of the organization at Scale
• What considerations make Agile Transformations a necessity
• What are the key success factors that enable Agile and Digital Transformations
• A comparison of various scaled Agile practices driving the successful transformations
