But, although it’s wellknown how to engage employees and create healthy work environments, employee engagement globally is only about 15%, with Japan at ashocking 6% of employees engaged! Why? Organizational culture! PeterDrucker reportedly said “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” An organization’s culture is as invisible as the air that we breathe, and as inescapable as gravity. And it directly impacts everything that is done in those organizations. Unfortunately no one feels personally responsible for creating the culture!

This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The Plan Ahead registration fee paid is based on the registrant's ability to commit to attendance, ahead of time. The Plan Ahead registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day.
