Description:

Digital transformations are harder than traditional business transformation to get right. In a 2019 McKinsey survey, just 3% of companies have had sustained success. What factors cause important transformation and innovation initiatives to fail or succeed? How can we as practitioners prepare for and influence successful change? This workshop will provide you with compelling case studies, frameworks, design thinking methods and strategic tools to influence more effectiveness and empathy in your company’s digital transformation journey.

 Takeaways:

  •  Clearly and strategically articulate the business value of a well-designed digital transformation
  •  Develop an adaptive program framework built on design thinking and agile principles to drive change
  •  Explore strategies for leading change, driving alignment and accountability, improving communication and   collaboration, and inspiring others
