Effectively managing extreme uncertainties and succeeding at a startup is the dream of every entrepreneur. The first session covers the key concepts, methods, when to use them and explain the terms like MVP, pivots, customer development, validated learning, product/market fit, innovation accounting. Next, the team will work through Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas and Design Thinking to address Custom Discovery. The team will learn how to work through the Build-Measure-Learn loop and Agile Engineering for Customer Validation and Business Model Execution. Individuals and sub-teams will take up sample customer scenarios and problems and apply the Lean Startup techniques to address them. The teams will also bring their own problem scenarios (prepared as part of pre-work before starting course) and address them.
