Stakeholder management is difficult in difficult regardless of the methodology utilized for delivery. Agile is not a silver bullet. Agile does provide opportunities for increased visibility, improved time to market, increased ability to manage changing priorities and a focus on early delivery of value. If utilized with discipline and continuous improvement it can result in an environment of Strategic Agility

This talk will draw upon decades of Agile transformation experience focused on delivering value for customers and stakeholders. This session is a mix of theory, case studies, and breakout working sessions for attendees
