Description:

We all have witnessed many of our team members handling “Agile” like a (project) management methodology! How to be “agile”, or talk about the “values” we
bring to our (working) environment is NOT (and cannot be) just a method or style of doing things! It is more like a mindset - Agile is a mindset. When applied appropriately, it results in a well-knitted team that creates “much favorable” products, offering significant benefits to
customers.

Correct utilization of Scrum, Lean-Kanban, or Feature Driven Development can produce higher- geared values only when they can be suitably followed on a given situation and environment! Join us to look at a few applied frameworks that made differences, or at times broke badly when applied mechanically!

Takeaways:

  • Our PM path from waterfall to Agile
  • Familiarity with various Agile frameworks
  • Shifting the thinking; Agile as mindset!
  • Where to go from here!
