Operations, and Customer Services.  She has solid understandings in business and product life cycles, from idea through development, verification, validation, release, support, and end-of-service (EOS).  She has managed programs with internal stakeholders and external contractual customers in varies fields: SYSTEM, SW, HW, Operations, infrastructure, OEM, ODM, supplier, Partner, and Joint Ventures. She has managed mission critical, cross functional programs interfacing with end users and successfully revamped engineering & operational processes.  She holds a BSEE from Tufts University with a minor in Engineering Management.  She taught a PMI exam preparation course for PM World and has experience at HP, Pearson, Nvidia, Cadence, and other high-tech firms.  Her extra curriculum includes gardening, reading cook books, scrap booking, various church ministries, and enjoying a good conversation.
