Want to create an environment for your Teams to thrive? Come to this hands-on workshop to learn how to "FORM" an Agile Ecosystem!
You will leave with numerous takeaways on how leadership can "FORM" an Agile Ecosystem for their teams to thrive. These takeaways will be grouped into four principles represented by the acronym “FORM”. Throughout the workshop we will discuss each principle and have hands-on exercises producing experiments for participants to take back to their workplace. The key points include the following four “FORM” takeaways:
1) How to create a Fun work environment
2) Creatively removing Obstacles
3) Innovating ways to Reward your teams
4) How to best Mentor and coach teams
Brian and other members of the Agile Mentoring Program (AMP) “Movement” are providing this model for free because they're tired of most Agile transformations failing due to 11 "giants" who are out to mess with your Agility! It is this Movement's mission to "Uncover better ways of producing valuable, working Agile Transformations by doing it and helping others do it through the Agile Mentoring Program (AMP), a self-organizing cell-division framework." Oh, and did I mention that it's all free?!? AMP has been used successfully at Symantec, Western Digital, HP, EXL, Nova/ProMatch, and various consulting companies so come join the fun and learn how to make your Agile Transformation rock, too!
