In this 1-day class you will gain a solid understanding on how to implement a project using SCRUM and reap the benefits that SCRUM can yield for you and your organization.
In addition to learning about the theoretical aspects of SCRUM, you will also participate in a series of simulation exercises that will allow you to practice SCRUM and make the connection between the theory and the real-world expectations and challenges that SCRUM teams experience.
After this class, not only will you be a SCRUM aficionado but you will have the practical know how on how to start a project using SCRUM.
Learning Outcomes:
You will gain a solid understanding of the following:
• SCRUM framework, roles and responsibilities
• SCRUM ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile execution rhythm and cadence
• Short term and long-term agile planning and estimation of work
You will get practical experience in:
• Setting up SCRUM team operations to execute a project using SCRUM (planning and executing sprints, roles and responsibilities, ceremonies cadence etc.)
