Conflicts! We don’t like them. We all have them. How will you respond? It turns out, people respond in predictable ways based on their conflict style. In this interactive workshop, you will discover your conflict style. You will also learn four other styles. Then you will practice approaching conflicts in new and more productive ways.

• Describe the five conflict styles in the Thomas-Kilmann Model: accommodate, avoid, collaborate, compete, and compromise
• Describe situations when each of the five styles in the Thomas-Kilmann Model would be appropriate
• Identify your own go-to style of responding to conflict

• Identify conflict situations where a different style might be more appropriate
