There are many definitions of what strategy is, many focus on competitive advantage, sustainable growth, superior performance, and organizational goals and objectives. Most conversations target how to define a winning strategy, but few spend little time discussing execution. This event is designed to bridge the gap between strategic leadership, those defining strategy, and execution professionals, those skilled and experienced in bringing big ideas to life.
Turning strategy into operational outcomes is more complicated than defining an organizations strategy. As project managers we can increase organizational success by integrating PM’s as execution professionals with the leaders defining strategy.
- Learn how to communicate to strategic leaders
- How project management delivers organizational strategies
- Raising the level of success in strategy execution
- Raising the PM value proposition
