Most conversations target how to define a winning strategy, but few spend little time discussing execution. This event is designed to bridge the gap between strategic leadership, those defining strategy, and execution professionals, those skilled and experienced in bringing big ideas to life.
Turning strategy into operational outcomes is more complicated than defining an organizations strategy. As project managers we can increase organizational success by integrating PM’s as execution professionals with the leaders defining strategy.

About the Instructor:
Gerald Jeffs, MBA, PMP
Gerald is Sr. Director of Project Management at APL Logistics, and Founder & Principle of Clarity Execution. He has led a PMO and the development of project managers for the last fifteen-years and has executed over 200 supply chain programs & projects. He has taken project management into strategy execution by applying the portfolio management principles through all levels of the organization.
He is not a professional speaker; this is what he does for a living, so you’ll get from Gerald his authentic passion for project management, the development of organizations, and why project management should be a career of choice.
He has an Executive MBA from St. Mary’s College of CA, a Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University, Advanced Project Management Certification from Stanford, and has been PMP Certified since 2001.
