About the Presenter:
Mr. Wills is the President of MaxAgility Corporation and also the VP of Agile Transformation Services at RomeAgile. He is an innovative and insightful leader, focused on helping others progress on their Agile Journey. Brian collaborated with other colleagues in our Agile Community to create the freely-available Agile Mentoring Program (AMP) so that transformations would “rock” (thrive!) after consultants leave a client. His experience has spanned from the High-Tech industry in Silicon Valley to Global Finance in NYC. Brian frequently speaks on the topics of mentoring, leadership, transformation and culture change to help others continuously improve in a conference, open space and, especially, one-on-one format. In his spare time, he enjoys leading the Silicon Valley Lean Lunch Meetup and spending time with his wife and children in Santa Clara , California. Mr. Wills holds numerous Agile certifications including ICP-Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) Practitioner (CLP), SAFe SPC, CSM, CSPO, CSP, and PMP.

This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The Plan Ahead registration fee paid is based on the registrant's ability to commit to attendance, ahead of time. The Plan Ahead registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day. The PMI - Silicon Valley Chapter reserves the right to make last minute changes to program content and speakers, as circumstances dictate.
