There are few things more important in project management than communication. Leading projects is inherently cross-functional, and successful project managers are able to motivate, influence, and align teams and stakeholders with their communication. In this session, Colleen will share insights on how to improve communication skills through storytelling; how to use stories to engage internal partners, and create clarity out of chaos in complex projects or decisions.

About the Instructor:
Colleen Graneto
Colleen's a product coach and advisor, partnering with people and companies to improve how they build products with practical, proven strategies. Over her 15+ year career, she’s built product and business strategy and led teams at Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, CME Group, and various smaller startups, and launched her own Etsy shop with artisans she met while living in Ecuador. Colleen also serves as a coach and instructor at UC Berkeley Executive Education, Maryland Institute College of Art, and General Assembly.
